  • Tourism License (SIUP): We hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP), the official business license for tourism operators issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf).
  • Tax Compliance: We are a registered taxpayer with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) and are fully compliant with all national and regional tax obligations.
  • Crew Welfare: We go beyond legal requirements to ensure the welfare of our team. All our employees and vessel crew are registered for and covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Indonesia’s national social security and employment insurance program.
